Get personalized nutrition guidance across the greater New Orleans community! The Fit NOLA app, brought to you by Eat Fit NOLA, is your community navigator for personalized nutrition guidance and to learn about health services available to you from over 200 local organizations. When you sign up for our app, you will provide basic details about yourself, and our app will automatically create a set of dietary guidelines personalized just for your nutrition needs, food preferences and weight management goals. You can use our app to check out nutritional information and Eat Fit NOLA approved dishes at over 100 local Eat Fit restaurants. Don’t see a restaurant in our listing? You can “Recommend” it and we will contact them and encourage them to join in our movement. Once they sign up you can receive nutrition information about their dishes personalized for your needs and the needs of your loved ones. You can use this app to keep up to date with local health and wellness News, find local Events and learn about Health Services that are available to you from dozens of organizations based here in New Orleans.
